Ascot Hospital has come a long way over the last year In terms of development, one area being the system for our debtors and debt collection. I wish to congratulate you and the staff at AEL for the professional way in which you have helped Ascot Hospital with the debt collections.
The constant follow up of our debtors and reporting on the follow up is excellent. In our business privacy and understanding is most important for our clients', and your staff have been able to convey that even when clients have been handed onto AEL.
On most of the client files handed to AEL we have had settlement or payment agreements arranged with the first notigication from AEL to our clients.
